An ideal for Living

Today has to be the hottest day of the year so far ... The benefits of breastfeeding continue to amaze me.... Not only is it of enormous obvious benefits to mother and child...it also appears to enable Cryno to allow her baby weight to fall off in record time.. Just as with Poppy.. Cryno has lost so much weight this week.. it is phenomenal to see it happen..

Poppy and I had double trike time and I took her to the local supermarket to buy lots of bubbles..

I introduced Gabriel to the delights of Manchester's greatest ever guitarist, Vini Reilly
