There is a tale to tell about my little Christmas fairy.

She started her life over 40yrs ago in Australia where I was living at the time and in a previous life was wearing a nurses uniform.

I used to work on an island off the Queensland coast in the hotel kitchen and the staff living quarters were pretty bleak so to make it a bit festive I made her a dress out of a net curtain and she's been a fairy ever since.

A couple of years ago I thought she deserved a new dress and found some sparkly net and made her a new one.
