Greedy pelicans

At the St. Petersburg pier.

Fabulous day today with daughter and grandkids. We drove north from Bradenton across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge to the city of St. Petersburg, Florida. The pier is a multi-story pleasure palace with shops, restaurants a small aquarium, and views of Tamp Bay and the city to die for!

As it happens, there was a huge container ship heading from the bay under the bridge and out to the Gulf of Mexico, and as my daughter was driving, I caught its progress in a series of stills.
