Mousehole Christmas Lights

This is the 48th year that Mousehole (pronounced 'Mowzel') has decorated its harbour with an array of lights during the festive season and as well as familiar Christmas themes, the lights are based on old Mousehole stories and legends.

I thought I should make the effort to visit as I never got round to going last year. And, it's the winter solstice today and I always like to do something that's sort of celebratory - the days will start drawing out from here on in, folks.

I feel I need to apologise again for the lack of comments I've left over the past week and for the fact that I haven't managed to catch up as quickly as I'd hoped - I will partly blame the fact that I keep getting messages that tell me Blipfoto appears to be over capacity, making it impossible to leave messages at times.
