Papa Loca Kitchen

I raved about this amazing street-side restaurant last week, so this trip I focused my camera on the kitchen that produces these delicious concoctions. I couldn't get the guys to look at the camera as they were too busy making sure the patrons got their potatoes in a timely manner. Maybe next time, and there most definitely will be a next time, I can get the staff to look up briefly from their work to smile for the camera.
