Polarising filters

Well I seem to have polarised opinion yesterday (those who detest liver have obviously never had 30-second fried calves liver), here's another love/hate food.

I was amused by the 'black' sprouts on a stick. They look like some sort of witch-doctor's juju stick.

The sprouts just taste of sprouts though. Funny that.
