A 2nd Chance (XIX)

Unlike last week's, today's 2nd chance is not about the dog pictured, but it's owner.
This beautiful and tidy looking dog was found in the streets not far from the shelter. On closer inspection, the dog was registered, had a name tag and microchip. Since it's Christmas, we decided to give the owner a chance to pick up the dog instead of handing it over to the pound. A happy owner turned up very soon, he'd noticed quite quick that his darling dog was missing and was very happy to be reunited without it costing a fortune :)
