Nearly Christmas

I had to pop into work for a few hours today and whilst I was there my husband and son went to the garden centre to get me some flowers. They're beautiful and so far Jack (the cat) hasn't tried to eat them.

My brother has gone to Miami today. He set off this morning and is probably still in the air now. I'm a bit envious, as we had a lovely Christmas in Florida last year, but am looking forward to eating too much, sitting around the log fire and if the kids get their way, playing Monopoly or Cluedo.
