Afternoon tea

It was the birthday of one of Sharon's friends and so, along with other chums we enjoyed an English afternoon tea party in a local pub/restaurant to celebrate her day. English teas, sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, and little cakes. It was a surprise for her and we all had great fun.

Then later, the wife of the Squadron's C/O hosted an evening of mince pies and other festive foods, along with punch and wine, specifically for the wives ... and the odd mother!
