Yesterday whilst out shopping, DWD gave into Kai's 'pleeeeeese!' at the sight of a Postman Pat train. A kind gesture, we bought it, bagged it up and left the shop only to discover that the train was an all-singing-all-dancing one that played a loud irritating song at the slightest shake. Much to my amusement, Dave long-sufferingly bore the offending item all the way home on the bus although very embarrassed by it, and once in, proceeded to figure out how it worked so that Kai could play run it around the house (ad infinitum) and irritate us all some more!

Rushing through the supermarket this week, I grabbed some shower gel* from the 'half price' basket. It's an old favourite of mine!
Somewhere between then and the next time DWD took a shower I forgot to warn him. After liberally slapping it on where the sun doesn't shine, and being reduced to frantically hopping about in the shower, I was severely reprimanded! And I literally could not stop laughing!

Later in the day, he read out a few posts from a blip he subscribes to and was finding the stories so funny he was crying with laughter! We slept with aching bellies and smiles on our faces last night.
