I would have seen them back in the 70's but on arrival at the king Georges Hall in Blackburn we were told the gig was cancelled through illness, the band split a few days later, Blackburn also saw the demise of the original line up of Siouxsie and the Banshees, though I did get o see them perform, Siouxsie broke the heel on a boot and I was shocked at the blatant sexist groping motions of the crowd.
Alan here is a keen restorer of Indian motorbikes.
