Midnight Mass at St. Stephen's
Bishop Quinn, the first bishop of the diocese, laid the foundation stone of the cathedral on the feast of St Stephen, 26 December 1863..... - Wiki
For the first time in years, I attended a midnight mass at the Cathedral of St. Stephen's. The church was packed and since we got there on time, no chairs could be had for invalid me! So, combined with the stuffy church (it started raining a few hours earlier and the church wasn't well ventilated - no windows and no a/c either) and sore knee, I had to walk out right after the sermon. I sat outside the church walls and waited for the mass to finish before setting up and taking this shot.
I wish everyone the loveliest of Christmas spent with the people you love!!!
