O Little Star

A star which reflects just a little of the busy day we had and the work I've been doing recently:

The stylized Christmas trees in the shop window.
The many rolls of wrapping we've been using to wrap gifts for customers.
Our Christmas tree at home with its red bead strings.
The silver beads and baubles decorating the shop window.
Glasses of port we drank this afternoon in the shop as we ate sausage rolls.

Other things happened today but didn't involve me:

Preparing vegetables for tomorrow.
Preparing turkey.
Cooking a meal.
Icing a Christmas cake.

I'm so lucky to have #2 Daughter and her partner home.
