Lots of things going on in the noggin today. Trying to cerebrate really bad news and the consequences, makes you realise all there is surrounding you and the people who need you to be there for them in different ways.

How do you balance one with the other, old with new, friends and family.

I really don't know. But, I'm not confused. You can onlty make one choice at any parting of the ways.
