Santa Monica!

We said a sad goodbye to our friends in Los Alamos after a brilliant week, and found ourselves with two days to explore Los Angeles before we fly home for Christmas! We had to adjust to warmer weather- t-shirts rather than all our thermals we needed in New Mexico. Santa Monica was nice, our hostel was close to Muscle Beach and the pier. We saw this guy enjoying the festive season along the Santa Monica beach front.

Went out for a massive tea, proper American portion sizes at an Italian restaurant.
