Joululimppu

Johanna has been very busy today preparing Christmas food - here is some freshly baked joululimppu - Finnish Christmas Bread - which she bakes every year to her grannies traditional recipie, although improvisation is required as we havent found a source for piimä in Aberdeenshire.

No snow here this year and a balmy 14C forecast for tomorrow ... typical after me fitting studded winter tyres to my bike last week :)
