Procrastination

So... guess what happens when I'm asked to provide the vegetarian dishes for tonights Christmas dinner? That's right, I start baking a chocolate cake :)

I bought all these great veggies, herbs and other nice stuff, but I really have no inspiration to make fabulous food with it... so in the meantime I enjoyed myself with making a chocolate-banana-walnut-mint-cake :) according to the recipe the cake would be done after 25 minutes in the oven, so 1,5 hours later it is finally done and I'm stuck with this mess in my kitchen :)

Think I will have to start cooking something, Christmas dinner starts in a few hours :) ... any thoughts?
