Christmas Dinner

Wine courtesy of my friend Tom, and very nice it was too.
Turkey was superb. I failed with the roasted veg, won't be trying that again.
Overslept this morning but the fan oven did the turkey by 11:30, so everything worked out fine.
Phone call from Ireland, all is right with our world.
