A rare family snap

Without intending to sound ridiculously mushy - we have had a truly blissful day today.
Presents were a massive hit and we have spent the entire day playing, eating, snoozing, playing and eating some more. The kids have been delightful and I will cherish the memories from today and the hundreds of photos that I took!

Sometimes it's hard not living in the same country as our family and friends at times like Christmas, but we have managed to talk to most of our nearest and dearest through the wonders of various forms of technology over the last couple of days which really helps. Don't you just love skype??

For the first time ever I used the timer on my camera today to get the above blip. The kids found it very amusing watching Mummy rushing to get into the photo for once!
