All Is Calm

So that was Christmas Day. This picture is of a beautiful bouquet of flowers I got completely out of the blue. I like surprises like that when someone has obviously been thinking about me and does such a kind thing for no personal gain.

It has been quiet here today, I relaxed until mid-afternoon and then got up to potter around and open some gifts before making some dinner and doing some more relaxing in front of the television.

For the rest of the evening I shall indulge myself with some pudding, a cup of tea and then have a long hot soak in the bath before bed.
