Merry Christmas

What a special day!!!
Miss E woke up (at the very civilised hour of 7.15!!) to discover that Father Christmas had been in the night and filled her empty pillowcase with presents. She charged into Miss L's room and literally started hopping up and down with excitement when she saw another full pillowcase in there.
It was so amazing watching them open all their presents - in Miss E's case it's the first year she's known what it's all about.
Mr K and I had our usual festive cups of tea in our special Christmas mugs (bought the first Christmas we were together)
A lovely breakfast followed by more presents (including, amongst other treats, a John Bishop tickets and a Blip Calendar!)
Then it was off to Nanny and Grandad Jim's for yet more presents and yet more eating!
The little Misses fell asleep on the way home and were whisked straight to bed so Mr K and I can enjoy more food, a Baileys or two, and a good film.
Or Eastenders if I can persuade Mr K to my way of thinking!!!
