Happy Christmas

My neighbours christmas tree!

I hope you have all had a lovely day, however you decided to spend it and in time honoured tradition, I hope you have also done your very best to eat too much and drink too much!

My Christmas lunch was superb and all I did was put the turkey in the oven just after 11.00 a.m....!

Did I eat too much? No, I did not.
Did I drink too much? I'm still working on that one as we speak! Come round if you feel you haven't put the effort in that you could have!

And it all has to be done again tomorrow.
Looking forward to it already! Up early tomorrow to cook braised red cabbage and apples, plus the strawberry trifle!
