Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Being a household consisting of a 19 year old, 22 year old and 25 year old, christmas morning did not begin until around 11:30 here.

I got so many great gifts from Santa, here's a little recap:
- new iphone cases
- a vera bradley macbook case
- several lovely scarves
- new uggs!
- a cross body bag
-....oh, and a life size cut out of Justin Bieber.

After christmas morning (afternoon) we cleaned the house, peeled potatoes and got ready. Around 3:30 the group began to arrive.

We had a total of 26 people here for Christmas. That includes:

My 2 grandparents, 4 aunts, 3 uncles, my mom, 2 sisters, 11 cousins, my cousin's fiancee and my cousin's girlfriend. Almost the ENTIRE family. The only two missing were my oldest cousin and his wife.

Since there are 15 grandchildren instead of everyone getting gifts from everyone we do a secret santa type thing. I had my cousin's girlfreind Kelly. I got her a gift card and all 8 Harry Potter movies.

My younger cousin Brenden had me, he got me a starbucks gift card, itunes gift card and earrings! lalalalaaaa i love Christmas!

My Aunt got me a purse I really wanted as a godchild present and my other aunt got me Taylor Swift's new perfume as a because she loves buying presents present.

After presents my cousins Christine, Colleen, Cayleigh, my sister Kate, our cousin's fiancee Jess and I all played Jess's new gift Harry Potter Scene It. Which only confirmed what we already knew; we're nerds.

All 14 grandchildren in attendance each read a paragraph from The Night Before Christmas (which worked out nicely since there were 14 paragraphs) while all the adults played a game where they sat around the dining room table and passed the present in front of them to the left when the word "And" was said and the present to the right whenever the word "The" was said. It was more entertaining for the kids watching then it was for the adults playing. They were so confused!

Such a great Christmas! I love my insane family so very much :)
