Annual Christmas Day Swim at Ahakista Pier

The brave people of Ahakista swim for Charity. This is a traditional Christmas Day event and it's great fun. It is a lovely opportunity to meet everyone, share Christmas wishes and mulled wine.

A quick drinkie with the neighbours afterwards and then a wonderful evening at home. I outdid myself and cooked us a very yummy dinner and we spent the evening of the sofa, watching Christmas movies. Utter bliss after two funfilled, but very late nights!

It was not cold, but it was very wet and very windy. And before you ask... No, I did not go in. ;)
