Smaills Beach & Bird Island

Relaxed and lazy start to the day.

Coffee time and a short drive around the coast to enjoy the view over Smaills Beach. Super clear sunny day with a gentle zephyr cooling the glow. Took the canine for a walk on the beach at Mothers request and enjoyed the challenge once it was over. Quite a hike over hot - sand like talc - sand dunes and we both had trouble coping with the climb up and down. Both felt we had exercised yesterdays lunch off...and the canine was in heaven running free off the lead.
