Gradient Play...

I'm a very lucky girl this Christmas - some wonderful new camera kit, including a fixed 55mm lens (not.a.clue..how to use it! But I'll learn!), plus a gradient kit (grey) to let me try to tackle my frustrations with blown out Scottish skies!

This is the first outing, so thought it should be my blip - the wind is so strong today, this effect on the grasses in the garden next door is straight out of the camera! I kind of liked the soft abstract effect...

A day on the sofa beckons methinks :-)
