Boxing Day walk
The kids were very young when we instigated a Boxing Day walk. It's a chance to blow away the Christmas cobwebs, to walk off those heavy meals and to have a good chinwag. Then, at some stage, everyone stops for the communal photograph. This blip was a pre-photograph photograph. As my brother-in-law, Richard was setting up his camera with the timer switch, I snapped the young folk (hardly kids any more) sitting on some logs on the military land near Pirbright.
From the left: John (our eldest), George (our youngest), Rob (our middle son) Alex (our nephew and yesterday's juggler blip), Connie (our niece), and Vicky (Rob's girlfriend).
