A Walk in the Park

We needed an easy day today after overdoing it a little last night. I got a wonderful gift from our new teacher John. A bottle of Johnny Walker. It was special because it was my dad's choice of poison and a belt when we got home in remembrance of my dad, was a wonderful way to finish off our 2nd Christmas day together.

We went to the local park for a walk and to see how the small ice park is progressing. Unfortunately, they have built this large ice wall around it (so it looks like it will be a 'pay to go in' attraction), so we couldn't see what's been done since the last time we went.

With the guys on scaffolding working on the ice wall, it did make a nice background to this picture of a beautiful young lass I spotted in the park.
