Boxing Day Blues

Today I had visions of a calm and peaceful family day. No such luck. The children lasted till lunch time and then decided to conduct wrestling matches in the middle of the living room floor. A combination of too much sugar, too many toys and not enough sleep. Thankfully Granny came to the rescue and took them for a couple of hours. I'm now recovering with a large glass of bucks fizz.
