I also got a Belted Kingfisher shot but it was not a good quality blip. The Kingfisher at Tuscawilla Park likes to perch on top of the Christmas Tree topper which is a lighted star. He dove into the water and was successful in catching a fish which you can see in his beak. Check it out HERE.
