Boxing Day

Finished off opening our pressies today as we were too tired last night and seeing it's just Bb and I here, we can please ourselves. Caught up on a few British TV programmes today on the iPlayer (we pay a small amount a month for this wee pleasure) and are now about to watch the animated film 'Rio', which we also gave as a pressie to both sides of our families. It's poured down all day and could as easily have been a British summer day as a Brazilian one. Yet another disappointment, but an expected one to be honest, when the window company failed for the fourth time to deliver and install our new window! Day of packing tomorrow - one of my pet hates and never gets easier, not helped by Bb and I approaching it in rather different ways!

These little bows were off our pressies. I'm all for recycling, but we have so little space here that we had to choose our pressies thinking about space, so all the wrapping bags and bows will be leaving the flat.
