Heading home

We had another lovely day out on the water today with our daughter, son-in-law and two littlies. Unlike Xmas day it was very choppy and a bit blowy but, despite all the dire weather predictions, it was quite a nice day and the wind made it quite cool and pleasant.
This shot was taken heading home and back up river from the mouth. As you can see it was a bit stormy but apart from some wind and thunder it didn't come to anything. No dramas today but the Maritime Police were out in force checking everyone's boats and doing breath tests as we left the Jetty. We must have looked ok as they didn't come near us -just wizzed past when we were up river near the entrance.
