Say Cheese!

One of the things I missed most whilst out in Zambia was cheese as although it was available, it was terribly expensive. So when my friend Pascale gave me a little parcel of cheeses today that had been shipped over from Italy (her father lives out there) - I was thrilled to bits :-)

I like to eat cheese most evenings, always with fruit, coleslaw and my favourite crackers from Sainsbury's (they stopped selling them this time last year to make room for the Christmas stock - I was traumatised!)

So to celebrate my love of cheese, I tried to be a little arty with my photograph but instantly realised I hadn't got an inkling as to how to take a good snap........ so this was my best shot - I definitely will need to take a basic photography course after Chrimbo.
