Yeoman Hey Reservoir, Saddleworth

The walk around Dovestones Reservoir blew away the Christmas cobwebs. There were lots of other walkers out enjoying the dry afternoon.

We called at MIL's on the way home, to find her toothless, as she wasn't expecting visitors!

We shared the Limoncino cake we bought but didn't eat on Christmas Day, and had a giggle at the hat that my Sis-in-Law had bought her for Christmas. A brown, faux fur Russian style, with flaps over the ears, my MIL (aged 85) will be wearing it, 'over her dead body'. It didn't do anything for MIL, but looked great on my 11 yr old daughter.
