Abbie's newest collection...

Abbie recently got interested in stamps, so one of the presents under the tree for her was a bag full of stamps from across the world.

She has been very meticulous in starting to sort them out, she has taken over one of the big tables in our house. It now has little stacks of stamps - each stack is a different country. Some of the stamps are still from colonial era's (e.g. Haute Volta, now called Burkina Fasso). So whilst looking at stamps she is also getting some history lessons thrown in for good measure ;-)

She loves doing the sorting though!
