Mouseatouille

Ratatouille really, after seeing the Film Ratatouille yesterday I felt like attempting the dish myself.
I have made it before, but a long time ago.

Tasty, but a little too much sauce really, it just didn't seem to thicken as the recipe suggested.

The Mouse is our Cat's toy for Christmas :o)
