Operation!

My 5 year old niece asked for this "game" from Santa. The worst thing is the organs are all sticky I guess kind of supposedly realistic.

The worst bit was when she opened the skull and took the squishy brain out with the forceps.

We had a lovely afternoon with the family, good food and a lot of laughs.
