Brownie points being earned

I really hate going to the dump ....

But, ever in need of brownie points from the lovely Mrs Nicktor, I thought I would make a trip to get rid of the mounting pile of rubbish that we'd accumulated over the last couple of weeks.

There was no queue as I arrived, so I thought I would make a second trip. Big mistake as cars were queuing up for about quarter of a mile up the road leading to the tip.

Ah well. two trips to the dump; one repaired toilet roll holder, and a sainsbury's run earns me an afternoon watching The Phantom Menace with sons one and two :-)
