NASA Satellite?

Lazy morning and then a trip around the sales in the afternoon. Managed to only buy one shirt so not too bad.

Been over to the station to collect our Australian friend who is up for New Year from Brum.

On the way back I saw this feature on Princess Street. Not sure if its part of a NASA rocket or it could be a few road cones for the street party that have succumbed to the winds up here.
