A Rainbow for Colin ;-)

We were supposed to be heading to the west coast today to visit my folks but a combination of the weather and my dad having to go to the docs meant it was cancelled. So what to do? It was blowing a hoolie all day and cabin fever was a real danger. So we headed to the beach

Whoooosh - a proper sandstorm down there today. I did take some pics of it but was wary of getting sand in my camera :) Mr Lif managed to drop his camera in the sand and it is now dead. Suggestionos for a <£100 p&s appreciated. He is bereft

As we turned away from the water to head back to the car, I saw this rainbow and couldn't help but think of Dotty and Colin ;-) Perfect!

After seeing Viks post, I did wonder briefly if I had inadvertently blipped her!!! Its only a matter of time!

p.s. the lighter sand is the sand being blown in the wind....wild
