Day 3 of laying on my back. Such a pain in so many ways. My father had MS for so many years - I now have a taste of what it must have been like for him. For me though, this is the first time in a very long while that I have been physically unable to get up and walk anywhere I wanted.

Luckily there is a satellite feed in our bedroom so have had a choice of viewing. Great to have watched some Star Trek episodes and films, as well as Carry on Cowboy and Support you local gunfighter. I also saw some of Up Pompeii - wonderful to have that 70s brand of comedy waft over me - it was corny and sexist and in some parts racist, but it made me feel 40 years younger!

I suppose Xmas is officially over now - it sort of passed me by a bit. Hope you all had a lovely one and were not otherwise indisposed as I was.
