Baking day!

Last day of holiday for me but not for rest of family! No plans and a stay-at-home day. Hubby pottered with electrical gadgets. Boys played with their new toys. I had a bath and read a book on my new kindle. Then did some housework and then was a baking queen! I made coconut ice, peppermint creams dipped in chocolate, warm chocolate brownies, rocky road, loaded cheese and bacon potato skins and gammon today! Yum!!! Just ironed uniform for tomorrow with sadness. Oh well - am sure they will be pleased to see me at work cos I'm so flipping efficient and good at what I do!
