My wife's latest quilt

This quilt has been many years in the making. She and a friend tie dyed the fabric by hand. She started making the blocks some time ago. The alternate blocks are all the same, but the star blocks are all different. It was a study in star patterns. Very bright and cheerful. Now it has to be bound and it will be finished.
