Ever wondered if there is a place more vile, more upsetting, more soul destroying than Ikea at the weekend? I'm here to tell you that there is...it is the waiting area at Toys R Us on a Saturday.

It's like a combination of the dole office, Argos and some kind of brightly lit 'happy land' that insists on ringing bells and banging drums right in your lug hole whilst you are nursing the mother of all hangovers.

I.E - NOT GOOD.

Cot shopping today. Bry had a face like this all day ^ - so much so that I gave him the moniker 'puss ache' and even he couldn't argue. The name was apt dammit.

Still, we got the cot and the matress and the activity mat and the sheets and the bibs and we only spent £300. Hurray.

Oof.
