A long day

I'd like to say I was up early, had a great walk in the morning sunshine, and spent the day chilling out in the sun, pottering in the garden!

The truth is it rained almost the whole day. I did manage an hour in the gym this morning, doing a rather good impersonation of a hamster on a treadmill.

Thankfully the rest of the day was saved by enjoying a cracking tennis final on tv with my son.

I think Nadal just deserved to edge it in the end.
