A Homage to Alan Stones (with apologies)...

Quite by accident this photo turned out in a similar vein to the various 'sheep' works we have, created by the artist Alan Stones - see his website here

The blip was taken just after we had abandoned our walk through the Newlands Valley and turned back to return to the car. The rain was torrential and the sort that goes straight through even the best walking gear. Bailey, Rick and I had wet everything by the time we got home!

But it cleared away the remnants of last night's hangover, after a terrific party with lots of friends - old and new.
