Whenever we have visiting tradesmen, Jess is always to the fore. Here she is in May, and again in September - telling everyone how to go about their jobs.

So today, we wondered if Jess would tell the BT engineer that we did not need help to install BT Vision. I think that she is desperately trying to understand what she is being told, while pretending that she knows it all already!
