Kite Flying!

Today we headed down to the coast with friends. We walked a little way through Seven Sisters Country Park, before ending up on the beach.

Our friends had brought their kite and boy was it a good day for a kite... almost too good, as you can probably see from this shot! The wind was so strong that when Amy and her friend Oliver had a go on their own, they almost got swept away and Mike had to step in and assist! A really, really great day with a warming pub lunch/dinner (it was gone 4 when we left the pub!) at the end.
