Where do babies come from?

The due date for our baby is tomorrow. My first daughter was early and I'm so surprised that this one hasn't arrived yet!

I don't think we've satisfactorily answered my daughter's questions as to where the baby came from yet. The other day it became clear that she'd somehow got the idea that she herself had come from a shop!

Still don't know what to call the baby.
