Eve's birthday today! She is seven now.

she got up early and opened her little pressies before we did the tradtional Eve birthday of heading to Build a Bear Workshop.

It was made a bit extra special after I told the staff that it was her birthday..so as well as her birthday girl sticker...the whole shop stopped what they were doing and sang Happy Birthday!

I was so pleased for her.

She chose a bear and named her Cupcake, made a wish before she put in the bears red satin heart - then got a few outfits to dress her in.

It's such a nice thing to do...and she loves it so much I will be gutted when she doesn't want to do it anymore.

She wanted to spend some of her birthday money (and Jeanne had her 'non birthday present' money to spend) so we hit the toy shop. I was really proud of Eve when she insisted on paying at the till herself!

My baby is growing up!
